Rhythmlink Ranks 26th in the Small/Medium Business Category for Best Places to Work SC

For the ninth consecutive year Rhythmlink has been awarded a spot on the “Best Places to Work in South Carolina” list in the Small/Medium Employer category. This year Rhythmlink placed 26^th out of 50 total small/medium companies. The list, compiled by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, Best Companies Group and SCBIZ, recognizes companies from across the state, resulting in a final list of the 74 most innovative and top-notch employers.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

The ranked companies were recognized at the 15^th annual reception and awards ceremony that was held virtually this year and presented by Colonial Life, on August 21, 2020. The final rankings will be published in the September 2020 issue of SCBIZ magazine.
